Rick is the president of the Isle Of Pines Property Owners Association Inc.
The Rajuncajun Crawfish Festival started in 1989 in Ricks backyard with a handful of Delta Air Line friends from Louisiana. It has evolved from that initial party into what it is today. Rick is also founder of the Crawfish Co. Of Central Fla.,Inc. formed in 2002.
